Cancellation policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026.

This storefront, including the Lymphoria offer, is operated by GW Imports LLC.

Optional recurring purchases

A subscription is optional and must be expressly selected. The recurring price, quantity, delivery/billing frequency, applicable shipping and taxes are disclosed before purchase and in the order or subscription confirmation. One-time purchases do not authorize recurring charges.

Subscription terms can differ by product. The exact interval shown for your plan governs; four weeks, eight weeks and a calendar month are different periods. This policy does not create a subscription or change an existing plan.

Cancel future renewals

You may cancel at any time before the next scheduled charge to stop future renewals. Use the management link in your subscription confirmation or subscription account, when available. You may also email support@americanwellnesslabs.shop with the email used at purchase and your order or subscription number. Clearly request cancellation of future renewals. No explanation or additional purchase is required.

If self-service is unavailable, email support; that is a valid cancellation channel. We will process your request and confirm cancellation. If a charge occurs after a timely cancellation request, contact us so we can investigate and refund an improper charge. Do not send passwords or full card details.

Already processed orders

Cancellation stops future renewals. A shipment already charged or dispatched is handled under the Return and Refund Policy. State if you want both a refund and subscription cancellation. Mandatory consumer cancellation rights remain available.

Changes and questions

We will disclose material changes to recurring terms before they take effect and obtain consent when required. Your current confirmation identifies the applicable schedule and charge. Contact us about unexpected charges or conflicting information.
